Return & Refund Policy – Glow Memories

At Glow Memories, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or issue refunds in the event that an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the product.


1. Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet the conditions above.


2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or features

  • Perceived quality or expectations not met

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

  • Sale or promotional items

  • 2.1 Shipping Protection Policy

    Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that provides additional coverage against loss or damage during transit.

    Refunds will not be issued for purchases made without a valid main product in the order. Any attempt to purchase shipping protection alone by removing the main product from the cart will be considered misuse and is not eligible for a refund.

    We reserve the right to cancel or deny such requests.

    2.2 Lost or Stolen Packages (Without Shipping Protection)

    If a customer does not select Shipping Protection at checkout, Glow Memories is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility.

    In such cases, we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

    By completing a purchase without Shipping Protection, the customer agrees to assume full responsibility for any shipping-related issues.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactglowmemories@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

You will receive a response within 48 hours with further instructions.


4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost

  • A prepaid shipping label may be provided if necessary

If the return is not approved or does not meet the above conditions, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Important: In the case of voluntary cancellations made before the item is shipped, we may issue a refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our payment provider. This fee is not retained by our store and cannot be recovered once the transaction is completed.
